Shop risk-free. You have 90 days to return your order for any reason, and we are responsible for product defects for 2 years.
Returns in 3 steps
- E-mail us at kontakt@astriostore.pl with your order number.
- Send the product back to the address you receive in our reply (an address in Poland).
- We refund your money within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using the same payment method you paid with.
90-day returns (peaceful sleep guarantee)
Every Astrio purchase is covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. From the day of delivery, you have 90 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This voluntarily extends your statutory right of withdrawal, which is 14 days.
- The returned product should be complete (projector, slides, and packaging if you still have it). Normal signs of use are fine; testing the projector does not void your right to return it.
- You cover the cost of return shipping. A standard tracked parcel or parcel locker is enough.
- We refund the full product price plus the cheapest delivery cost to you, if delivery was paid.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Complaints about defective products
If your projector arrived damaged or stopped working, you do not need to ship it anywhere at your own cost. Write to us with a photo or a short video showing the issue. Depending on the situation:
- we will send you a new unit free of charge, or
- we will refund you in full.
We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery, in accordance with consumer protection law. Complaints are handled within 14 days.
Statutory withdrawal (14 days)
Independently of our 90-day guarantee, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. You may use the template below (it is not mandatory):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [bundle name]. Order number: [number]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."
