§1. Seller and contact

The Astrio online store is operated by: Szymon Maliński, selling under Polish small-scale unregistered business activity ("działalność nierejestrowana"). Correspondence and returns address: InPost parcel locker, ul. Zygmunta Padlewskiego 2, 06-330 Chorzele, Poland.

§2. Placing orders

• Orders can be placed through the store 24 hours a day.
• The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by e-mail.
• Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include taxes. The binding price is the price at the moment the order is placed.

§3. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout before the order is placed (electronic payments, card, BLIK). Payment is collected when the order is placed.

§4. Delivery

• Orders are handed over for shipping within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 7–14 days from dispatch. A tracking number is sent by e-mail.
• The delivery cost is visible at checkout. The Family and Explorer bundles ship free of charge.

§5. Returns and withdrawal from the contract

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Astrio voluntarily extends this period to 90 days. Detailed rules, including the return address and cost allocation, are described on the Returns & Complaints page, which forms part of these Terms.

§6. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail; we handle them within 14 days. The rules are described on the Returns & Complaints page.

§7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

§8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from municipal (district) consumer ombudsmen and the EU ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§9. Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. These Terms may be amended; the version in force at the time of purchase applies to each order.
