We respect your data. Below you will find what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

2. What data we collect and why

• Order data (name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number): to fulfil the sales contract, ship your order and handle returns. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment data: processed by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Correspondence data: to answer questions and complaints. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Analytics and marketing data (cookies, advertising identifiers): to measure ad performance and improve the store. Legal basis: your consent given in the cookie banner.

3. Who we share data with

• delivery companies (the carrier receives the shipping address),
• our supplier, for the purpose of shipping the product,
• the payment provider,
• analytics and advertising tool providers (Meta, TikTok), only with your cookie consent,
• the e-commerce platform the store runs on (hosting and order processing).

Some recipients (e.g. the product supplier) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we only share the data necessary to deliver the parcel.

4. How long we keep data

Order data is kept for the period required by tax regulations (5 years from the end of the tax year). Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after the case is closed.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address above.

6. Cookies

• Essential: cart, session, security. Always active.
• Analytics and advertising (including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel): only with your consent given in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent in your browser settings or in the banner.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, e.g. when tools change. The current version is always available on this page.
